SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and handling charges for all goods ordered through our website for shipping to a single Australian mailing address (except Western Australia) are a minimum of $10.

If you would like to purchase goods for shipment outside of Australia, please send us an email honeymbbees@hotmail.com. Please note that import restrictions may not allow honey to be imported to your country.

Your order should be dispatched within 3 working days once we have received your payment and all information required. If stock is not available, we will contact you and advice a similar product.

Please send us an e-mail us if you wish to place an order to multiple addresses within Australia.

We use Australia Post for delivery to all areas of Australia (except Western Australia) and should be delivered within 7 working days.  However delivery can take longer to some parts of Australia.

During busy public holidays such as Christmas and New Year, delays in delivery can occur. To ensure your orders delivered in time, we must receive your order 2 weeks prior to Christmas or New Year.

Please make sure that delivery address and post code are correct as we cannot be responsible for non delivery due to an incorrect address provided. This will also apply in the event of extreme weather or other events out of our control.

PRODUCT DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
WA: Due to domestic quarantine restrictions, honey (runny or creamed) and honeycomb and beeswax products (including bee balm, lip balm and candles) are prohibited from entering Western Australia. Any product that contains greater than 5% honey as an ingredient is prohibited.

TAS: Due to domestic quarantine restrictions, we cannot send honeycomb or raw beeswax into Tasmania. All other products may be shipped into Tasmania.

DAMAGES OF GOODS
Amber Gold Australia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

PAYMENT
We accept payment online by Visa or MasterCard. Your payment is processed via a fully authorised Payment Service which ensures that all your information remains totally confidential.

Payment is taken as you place your order and if the payment does not authorise successfully, your order will not be successfully processed. Please check that you receive not only a confirmation of your order but also a confirmation of your payment by email. If you have not received one of these, your order may not be placed successfully.

Amber Gold Australira does not store nor process any Credit Card information

Your payment is taken as you place your order so you will always be charged at the rate advertised at the time of ordering. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (goods and services tax) where it applies.

CANCELLATION
You may cancel an order without penalty as long as we receive the notification prior to the order being dispatched.  Amber Gold Australia reserves the right not to accept or to cancel any order once accepted, without penalty.

Amber Gold Australia Pty Ltd retains all rights of ownership and possession of the goods until full payment has been received.

CHANGE OF MIND OR ERROR
We are unable to accept returned stock that is due to change of mind or error in ordering as we cannot be sure if the products have been adulterated or opened.

Once the original stock is returned and assessed, we can send replacement products, if the products have been damaged or faulty.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY CHANGE
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use our Web Site.
